Therapy Services
My goal is to support you in strengthening and exploring your relationship with yourself, your unique context, and the people in your life. I support folks in embodying their relationship needs, repairing attachment patterns, and improving communication skills — all grounded in a relational, trauma-informed practice. Combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and mindfulness approaches, I look forward to collaborating with you on your therapy journey.
I work with both individuals and those in partnerships, and am currently accepting new clients. I hold my sessions both in-person at Manhattan Mindful’s Chelsea-based office, and virtually via Telehealth. I also offer sliding scale availability, and I am in-network with Aetna. Once we’re in touch, I’ll connect you with Manhattan Mindful’s receptionist to confirm your insurance or out-of-pocket benefits.
